A bewilder client of mine in an SEO project was asking if his sites will appear at least page 5 in Google after he checks the PR status of his 3 sites under search optimization by yours truly. After a few search and clicks, his pages actually appear in at least page 5 in Google, for having only a PR 0-1 of his 3 sites! Well this is indeed a massive result for a 3 week search engine optimization of the 3 sites! I am sofa king cool, aight!?
All major keywords are in the page title, and spread randomly over the main page. If you look at the average search result, I’ve observed that oftentimes Google prefers a bit in the title, the rest in the description and body. This has the effect of filtering out consciously and deliberately “optimized” sites. But then I still don’t have to overdo it. PR could be like the wedding band a lonely old maid wears year after year, even though she’s never been married and never gonna be married. It is great to have high PR’s, we can show them off to “friends”, but not meaningful in the long run.
